Dear Whelen,

I am writing this letter to give high praise to one of your products. 

Earlier this past year, I installed Whelen TIR 3 lights on the front push guard of the squad car I drive in Richland Center, WI.  I have been happy with the performance of the lights from day one, but now I am really pleased. 

Included with this letter is a copy of a digital photo.  The photo was taken during the flood that hit our area on August 18,  2007.  The Whelen TIR 3 lights were totally submerged several times during the course of the 18th and the 19th.  They are functioning perfectly today.  I believe this is a great testament to the quality and performance of your product.  I have been purchasing Whelen products from Rassbach Communications in Eau Claire, WI. and will continue to do so.  The combination of an unbeatable product line from Whelen and the impressive pricing and service from Rassbach's has me sold.
